Firth Tower Reserve and Museum
Becky teaches a traditional Hatha yoga class, all levels catered for. Consists of Asana (movement) followed by pranayama (breath) and relaxation to finish.
Sessions held through the school term.
Tuesday evenings 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Thursday mornings 9am – 10am
Thursday evenings 7pm – 8pm
Casual session fee $15 per person.
During summertime sessions are in the gardens at the reserve.

A fine selection of preloved books. Open during museum hours. Located at the back of the Post Office.
Annual Fun Run/Walk
